Situation before Angel

• Inflexible two year contract directly with the network provider.
• Existing tariff unsuitable for existing usage with no reporting or call analysis capability.
• Phone configuration and technical know-how was down to the individual capabilities of the user.

Our Challenge

• To evaluate existing usage and identify a solution that was capable of meeting the needs of a multi site organisation with field based business advisors.
• To propose a mobile solution that was capable of working with their existing IT infrastructure.
• To provide key user training to unlock the productivity improvements associated with fully utilising available mobile technologies.

Results Achieved

• Achieved considerable ongoing savings in excess of 50% compared with their previous spend.
• Introduced training sessions and workshops to enable users to fully utilise the capabilities of their handsets. Significant productivity improvements have been reported.
• Established an Angel support team for day to day management of network communications and user ongoing support
