Situation before Angel

• Inefficient multi network tariffs that were unsuitable for their current usage.
• The collapse of their previous supplier had lead to disputes with the networks regarding contractual commitments.

• To negotiate exit strategies for incumbent, uncompetitive mobile phone contracts.
• Resolve complex contract commitments and negotiate cash back settlements with networks.

Results Achieved

• Agreed early termination of existing uncompetitive contracts.
• Negotiated substantial cash back settlement with network providers.
• Established new, competitive contracts that accommodate Joda’s current and expected future usage.
